1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the cms2 platform — whether via the website or mobile application — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the cms2 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and cms2 as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the date you first use the platform or register an account, whichever is earlier.
Cms2 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full cms2 service, you are required to register one valid personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information current. cms2 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
- Account passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared with any party.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Cms2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any term in this document.
- Fraud, fraudulent payments, or abuse of promotions.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Activity suspected to be related to money laundering.
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the cms2 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You agree not to engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or damage the platform or other users.
The following are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to use your account.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing to other users.
- Filing unauthorised or fraudulent credit card chargebacks.
- Manipulating or attempting to manipulate any game, bet, or payment system within the platform.
- Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including for commercial gain, without prior written consent from cms2.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and appropriate legal action.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the cms2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, and other Malaysian online payment channels listed in your account's deposit section.
Deposits to your cms2 account are subject to minimum and maximum limits set for each payment method. These limits are subject to change and will be displayed during the deposit process. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment channel.
Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for deposits, subject to the platform's prevailing withdrawal policy. cms2 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests suspected of being fraudulent may be delayed or rejected while an investigation is conducted.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in each promotion's terms. Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements may not be withdrawn as cash. cms2 is not liable for any losses resulting from currency exchange rate fluctuations.
5. Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
Liability Limitations
The cms2 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. cms2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or the outcomes of bets and games.
Cms2's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cms2 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and user interfaces — is owned by or licensed to cms2. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The cms2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. cms2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Cms2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the cms2 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts for resolution.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
For any enquiries regarding these terms and conditions, you may contact the cms2 support team by email at [email protected]. We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Further information about other platform policies can be found on the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming.
